Sanofi-Aventis has entered into an agreement to acquire the company Laboratoire Oenobiol, a provider of nutritional, health and beauty supplements.

The closing of the transaction is expected to happen in the fourth quarter of 2009, subject to the clearance of antitrust authorities.
