China bond market policy scan on Nov. 3, as follows:

1. Shanghai and Shenzhen bourses Monday published rules to standardize listing and trading of bourse-listed corporate bonds.

Shanghai bourse requires that only the qualified corporate bond could be sold to all kinds of investors and be listed and traded on its ask-bid system, block trading system and fixed-income trading system. Meanwhile, the Shenzhen bourse will also regulate corporate bond according to different qualification.
