Coca-Cola plant renovations to improve curb appeal

Crews are working on updating the interior and exterior of the Coca-Cola bottling plant on York Street in the hopes of making it more attractive to interested parties, according to the facility's listing agent.

Dean Newman, the Meybohm Commercial Properties real estate agent handling the listing, said cleanup work is ongoing on the 2.6-acre site to improve the curb appeal, and renovations are continuing inside to upgrade the existing office and warehouse space to appeal to those looking into leasing or buying the old plant.
