Freddie Mac (NYSE: FRE) announced today that it plans to launch a $1 billion reopening of its 1.125% two-year USD Reference Notes(R) security that matures on December 15, 2011. The issue will price today, Wednesday, November 4, 2009, and will settle Thursday, November 5, 2009.
