M V Meenakshisundaram Dushanbe, September 08, 2009 (PTI) - Tajikistan has invited India to explore the huge hydro power potential in the country as part of efforts to intensify bilateral economic cooperation and explore new areas of partnership between the two sides.

Addressing businessmen at the inauguration of India-Tajikistan Business Forum in the presence of India's President Pratibha Patil Monday night here, her Tajikistan counterpart Emomali Rahmon said his country was also ready to cooperate with India in the field of mining, pharmaceuticals, agriculture product processing and other new areas.
