3i Venture Capital has sold its minority stake in Datanomic Limited, a provider of compliance screening and data management software solutions, in a management buy-out transaction.

As a part of the transaction, DN Capital Global Ventures Limited and other investors of Datanomic have backed the management buy-out of Datanomic. The management team was led by Jonathan Pell. All the parties involved in the transaction are based in the UK.
