DN Capital Global Ventures Limited and other investors of Datanomic Limited, a provider of compliance screening and data management software solutions, have backed the minority management buy-out of Datanomic.

As a part of the transaction, the management team led by Jonathan Pell has acquired a minority stake in Datanomic from 3i Venture Capital. All the parties involved in the transaction are based in the UK.
