NY Attorney General Has Intel In His Crosshair

New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo has computer chips on his mind it seems as his office filed an antitrust lawsuit against Intel (INTC) this morning. His suit claims the company paid billions of dollars to to computer manufacturers like Dell and IBM to ensure Intel chips would be used.

Furthermore, the lawsuit claims the company would retaliate against companies that did "too much" business with competitors, namely Advanced Micro Devices (AMD).
