Stanley Inc (NYSE:SXE) was awarded a contract by the US Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) under the company's Encore II indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity prime contract, the provider of systems integration and professional services to the US federal government said on Thursday.

The value of the five-year, firm-fixed-price task order is estimated at USD49m, if all options are exercised. The contract was included in the value of awards to date in Q3 of fiscal 2010 during the company's earnings call held on 29 October 2009.
