A framework for dealing with asylum seekers has been agreed on in talks between Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd and Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, the Indonesian Embassy in Colombo confirmed Tuesday. The two leaders met on the sidelines of the Indonesian President's inauguration in Jakarta. Abdullah Zulkifli, Second Secretary for Information at the Indonesian embassy in Colombo said that the matter of the asylum seekers figured during wide ranging bilateral talks between the two leaders.
