Gart Properties and ING Clarion have recently completed the majority of work on a multi-million dollar upgrade to Denver Pavilions, a 347,000-square-foot outdoor entertainment, dining, and shopping destination located between Glenarm Place and Tremont St. on the 16th Street Mall in Downtown Denver.
