Russian interior minister orders inquiry in policeman's allegations

Russian Interior Minister Rashid Nurgaliyev has ordered an inspection to be carried out at the Novorossiysk Directorate of Internal Affairs (UVD) after Police Maj Aleksey Dymovskiy, who works for the Novorossiysk UVD, complained about "police arbitrariness" in a video address to the prime minister.
